Return & Exchange Policy

1. Eligible Return Scenarios

You may initiate a return or exchange request within 7 calendar days of delivery under the following situations:

• Wrong Fitment / Incorrect Item Sent: The part does not match the specifications or vehicle application confirmed during your order.
• Defective on Arrival: The component displays a verifiable manufacturing flaw or defect upon unpacking.
• Transit Damage: The item was physically broken, dented, or leaked during shipping (must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence).

2. Conditions for Return Acceptance

Due to the critical technical and safety nature of automotive components, returned items must strictly meet the following standards:

• The part must be in 100% brand-new, uninstalled condition with zero traces of grease, oil, bolt marks, scratch marks, or electrical soldering.
• The item must be packed in its original manufacturer packaging with all factory tags, part number labels, seals, instruction sheets, and accessories intact.
• Automotive fluids, detailing chemicals, oils, and additives cannot be returned once their factory seals are opened.
• Electrical sensors, computer units, and bulbs that were burnt due to faulty vehicle wiring or improper mechanical installation are strictly non-returnable.

3. How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact Customer Support: Send a WhatsApp message to our official support line or email support@autofit.pk with your Order ID, clear photos of the part, and a description of the issue.
2. Technical Review: Our automotive technicians will review the request within 24 business hours and issue return shipping instructions.
3. Dispatch Return Parcel: Safely pack the part and dispatch it via a trackable courier service to our fulfillment center.
4. Inspection & Resolution: Upon safe arrival and inspection approval (within 48 hours), your replacement part will be dispatched immediately, or a refund processed per our Refund Policy.
