1. Eligibility and User Accounts

To place an order on AutoFit Pakistan, you must be at least 18 years of age or be operating under the direct supervision of a parent or legal guardian. When creating an account, you agree to provide true, accurate, and current information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

2. Vehicle Compatibility & Exact-Fit Guarantee

AutoFit Pakistan maintains extensive vehicle fitment databases. While we do our utmost to ensure accurate make, model, year, and variant compatibility data, the ultimate responsibility for verifying part suitability rests with the customer before installation.

If you are unsure of part compatibility, you are strongly encouraged to contact our technical advisors with your vehicle Chassis Number (VIN) or Engine Code before completing the order.

3. Installation, Usage & Mechanical Liability Disclaimer

Automotive components (including but not limited to braking, suspension, electrical, steering, and engine parts) are critical safety components. All parts purchased from AutoFit must be installed by a qualified, professional automotive mechanic.

AutoFit Pakistan assumes no liability for consequential damages, engine failure, road accidents, personal injuries, loss of time, vehicle towing expenses, or labor installation charges arising from improper installation, modification, off-road racing misuse, or neglect.

4. Pricing, Catalog Errors & Order Cancellations

All prices on autofit.pk are quoted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Prices and stock availability are subject to change without prior notice due to exchange rate shifts, import tariffs, or manufacturer updates.

• We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order placed with typographical errors or incorrect pricing.
• In the event of an order cancellation after payment confirmation, the full amount will be promptly refunded via the original payment channel or direct bank transfer.
• Customer cancellation requests are accepted prior to dispatch. Once a package is handed over to the courier partner, standard return procedures apply.

5. Trademarks & Intellectual Property

All automotive manufacturer names, logos, emblems, and model designations (e.g. Toyota, Honda, Suzuki, Nissan, Hyundai, KIA, Mercedes-Benz, BMW) referenced throughout autofit.pk belong exclusively to their respective trademark holders. Their usage on this site is strictly nominative and descriptive, intended solely to assist customers in identifying compatible vehicle applications.

6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any legal proceedings or disputes arising from transactions on this platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Pakistan.

7. Changes to Terms

AutoFit Pakistan reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates become effective immediately upon posting to this URL. Continued use of our platform constitutes your acceptance of any revisions.
