At AutoFit Pakistan, we understand that when your vehicle is in need of repair, fast and reliable parts delivery is essential. We partner with Pakistan’s premier logistics networks to get your parts safely to your doorstep or workshop.
1. Delivery Timelines

*Orders placed before 2:00 PM (Mon – Sat) are processed the same business day. Delivery times may be subject to minor delays during national public holidays, extreme weather events, or courier supply disruptions.
2. Shipping Charges & Bulky Items
- Standard Parts Delivery: Shipping rates are calculated transparently at checkout based on package weight and delivery destination.
- Promotional Free Shipping: Applicable on orders exceeding our current site-wide qualifying threshold (as highlighted on our homepage banner).
- Heavy / Oversized Items: Heavy automotive parts (such as full bumper assemblies, fenders, bonnets, engine blocks, or full suspension strut assemblies) require specialized freight handling. Any additional cargo freight charges will be confirmed with you prior to dispatch.
3. Cash on Delivery (COD) Rules
- Cash on Delivery (COD) is available nationwide for standard orders up to Rs. 30,000.
- For high-value orders exceeding Rs. 30,000 or custom OEM imports, an advance deposit or full digital payment via direct bank transfer or debit/credit card is required prior to shipment.
- Order Confirmation: To avoid bogus shipments and failed dispatches, all first-time COD orders are verified via phone call or WhatsApp message before dispatch.
4. Tracking & Courier Inspection Policy
As soon as your shipment is picked up by our courier partners (TCS, Leopards, Trax), you will receive an automated tracking number via SMS and email.
Important Courier Policy Note: In accordance with courier industry standards in Pakistan, delivery riders are not authorized to allow opening or inspecting sealed parcels prior to full payment on COD orders. If your parcel shows visible external transit damage upon arrival, accept the package, immediately take photos/videos of the box and product, and reach out to our customer care team within 24 hours.
